Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Yazorp LLC (“Yazorp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Verse Draft website and application (the “Service”). This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Service availability

The Service is offered, and intended for use, only in the United States at this time. Your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.

Information we collect

  • Account and profile information — such as your name, email address, username, password authentication data, account settings, and subscription status.
  • Content you create or upload — such as universes, manuscripts, notes, outlines, resources, images, prompts, audio you choose to submit, transcripts, comments, and other materials you store in the Service (“Your Content”).
  • Artificial intelligence (“AI”), voice, and image feature data — such as prompts, selected project context, dictated audio, generated transcripts, generated images, assistant messages, and related metadata needed to provide those features.
  • Payment and billing information — such as plan, transaction, invoice, discount, and payment status information. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Usage, device, and log information — such as IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, session events, feature usage, error reports, security logs, and cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the Service.
  • Communications and support information — such as support requests, feedback, beta invitations, survey responses, and other messages you send to us.

How we use information

  • To create accounts, authenticate users, provide subscriptions, store Your Content, and operate the Service.
  • To provide AI, voice, dictation, transcription, read-aloud, image, publishing, and support features you choose to use.
  • To maintain, secure, debug, personalize, and improve the Service.
  • To communicate with you about your account, support requests, subscriptions, security, and important changes.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

No sale, ads, or model training

We do not sell or rent your personal information or Your Content. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the Service does not display third-party advertising. Yazorp does not use Your Content, prompts, voice recordings, transcripts, or generated outputs to train AI models. If we use AI or voice service providers, we require them to process that information only to provide services to us unless you separately direct or authorize another use.

Support access to your account

Authorized Yazorp personnel may access your account and its content for limited purposes, such as providing support you request, diagnosing and correcting technical issues, protecting the Service, investigating abuse, enforcing our Terms of Service, or complying with law. We limit that access to personnel with a business need.

Your content stays yours

You retain ownership of the writing, worlds, images, and other content you create or upload. We process Your Content to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service and the features you choose to use. You are responsible for deciding what information to include in Your Content, including any personal information about you or others.

Voice and dictation

When you use a voice feature, such as dictation, transcription, read-aloud, or speaking to the assistant, audio and related text may be sent to our voice-processing providers to carry out that request. We do not use voice recordings to create a voiceprint or identify you. Unless a feature expressly saves audio or we need it for support, security, or legal reasons, we do not retain raw voice recordings after processing. Transcripts, assistant messages, and generated outputs may be stored as part of Your Content or conversation history.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in, keep your session secure, remember preferences, protect the Service, and operate core functionality. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, protect users, or comply with law. This may include sharing with:

  • Service providers that provide hosting, storage, database, security, email, support, payment processing, AI processing, voice processing, image generation, publishing, and operational services.
  • Payment processors to process subscriptions, invoices, discounts, fraud checks, and related billing activity.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance recipients when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the Service, users, Yazorp, or others.
  • Business transfer recipients if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • Others with your direction or consent, or in aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify you.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain business and financial records. If you delete content or close your account, we will delete or de-identify information where reasonably practicable, but copies may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, audit records, billing records, or where retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for security and abuse prevention.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for maintaining your own backups of content that matters to you.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to minors. You must meet the age requirements in our Terms of Service to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the Service. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may access, update, export, or delete much of your information from within the Service, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, opt-out of certain sharing or targeted advertising, appeal a decision, or limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, but some requests may affect our ability to provide the Service. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an updated policy takes effect means you acknowledge the updated policy.
